60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Nareya for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund the purchase price. You do not need to finish the bottle or return empty bottles to qualify.

How to request a refund

Reach out through our Contact page or email us at support@nareya.co with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will confirm your refund and process it to your original payment method.

Returns

If you wish to return unopened bottles, please contact us first for return instructions. Do not send items back before contacting us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
