Welcome to Nareya. These terms set out the rules for using nareya.co and for buying from us. Browsing the site or buying from us means you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The business behind the site

AROAK LLC, a US-incorporated company that trades as Nareya ("Nareya", "we", "us"), runs the website nareya.co. You can write to us at help@nareya.co.

2. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to interfere with it, overload it, copy it with automated tools, or gain access to parts of it that are not meant for you. To place an order you must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live.

3. Products and how we describe them

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colours and textures may look slightly different in person. Results vary from one person to the next depending on skin type, age, environment and how regularly the product is used. Testimonials, reviews and customer photos on the site show individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome.

4. Using our products safely

Nareya products are cosmetics for external use on the skin of adults. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace medical advice.

Read the packaging and the ingredient list before use. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care for a skin condition, speak to your doctor first. Try a small amount on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before regular use. Stop using the product and seek advice if irritation appears. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep the product out of the reach of children.

The applicator supplied with the serum is a dosing tool. It has no needle, it is not a medical device, and it must never be used to inject anything.

5. Placing an order

When you order, you are making an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, a price was shown in error, an item is out of stock, quantities suggest resale, or we cannot deliver to your address. We may also limit the number of units per customer. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

Our default currency is the US dollar. For supported countries the checkout may display your local currency, converted at the rate we apply. The figure displayed at checkout, in the currency you pay with, is what you are charged, and your bank may add its own fees.

Depending on the destination, sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout, and import duties may be collected by the carrier when the parcel arrives. Payment is taken in full when you order, using the methods offered at checkout. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may withdraw them at any time.

7. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss pass to you once the carrier hands the parcel over at the delivery address.

8. Guarantee, returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds page, including the 30-night guarantee, is incorporated into this agreement.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is yours and that it is truthful. You allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing on a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free basis, and we may remove anything that is unlawful, misleading or offensive. We will not use your photograph or likeness in advertising without asking you first.

10. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the text, photography, illustrations, logos, the moth emblem and the design, belongs to AROAK LLC or its licensors. The Nareya name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it without our written permission.

11. Our responsibility to you

None of these clauses removes or caps any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Other websites

The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and we do not answer for what they contain.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version applies from the date it is published, and an order you have already placed stays subject to the terms that applied when you placed it.

14. Which law applies

This agreement follows the laws of the United States and of the jurisdiction in which AROAK LLC is organised. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and nothing here removes them. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the other clauses remain in force.
